2026 event recap | By Dennis Riccio, REALTOR® | West USA Realty

Classic cars, food booths, music, and visitors of all ages came together at Green Valley Park for the Beeline Cruise-In Car Show on October 10, 2026. I stopped by early in the morning, and by about 10 a.m. the show was getting busy. With cars displayed around the lawn and park paths, the show offered a relaxed way to spend a morning in Payson.

A Morning At the Beeline Cruise-In

The morning was overcast, with rain expected later in the day. During my visit, people were making their way along the rows of cars, pausing to look at the vehicles and their details. Music was playing, food booths were on site, and a band was setting up under the ramada as I left.

The mix of ages stood out to me. This was a gathering that appealed to people beyond dedicated car enthusiasts, with the park setting giving visitors space to walk around and enjoy the morning.

Classic Cars Up Close

The cars gave visitors plenty to look at, from colorful vintage vehicles to hot rods and muscle cars. Open hoods revealed engines, while chrome, distinctive grilles, and different body styles made the rows interesting to explore. Walking the rows offered a chance to appreciate both the variety of vehicles and the work that went into their presentation.

Food and a Community Atmosphere

Food booths added another reason to spend time at the show. Among the vendors I photographed were a Culver’s trailer, shaved ice, and The Dog Father. A Kiwanis beer garden was also set up. Together with the music and visitors moving through the park, these gave the morning the feel of a community outing.

By the time I left, a band was preparing under the ramada. My morning visit captured the show as activity was building, with visitors continuing to arrive and explore the cars.

Green Valley Park and life in Payson

Green Valley Park, Payson was an important part of the experience. Cars lined the paths and grassy areas, with trees, the lake, and the surrounding hills providing the backdrop. The paths made it easy to move between the rows, while the open lawn kept the park setting part of the experience.

For someone considering a move to Payson, visiting a community event can add something that a home search alone cannot show. It is a chance to experience a local gathering, explore a park, and get a feel for how people spend time here. The Beeline car show in Payson is one example of the Green Valley real estate community activities worth exploring when getting to know Rim Country.
