Below are the sold statistics for the complete calendar years of 2018 and 2019 for The Rim Golf Club and Chaparral Pines.
With so few data points and such a short period of time it would be hard to assign any kind of a trend in the real estate market in these two communities unless the data showed something dramatic.
That doesn’t seem to be the case here as the data for both years is relatively comparable.
The Rim Golf Club did have fewer sales than the previous year, but it also had fewer listings than in 2018. The inventory in terms of the number of homes on the market is currently very low in both Chaparral Pines and the Rim Golf Club.
