Brookview Terrace 1 is a subdivision in northeast Pine, Arizona that was established in 1955. The community is comprised of 17 lots that contain unique cabins and mountain homes. Brookview Terrace 1 sits on the just on the south side of Pine Creek below the Mogollon Rim. The Brookview 1 subdivision is heavily treed with towering ponderosa pines, and there is abundant wildlife in the area including many deer and elk. Brookview Terrace 1 does not have a home owners association. To reach Brookview Terrace one follow Pine Creek Canyon Drive and turn right on Oak Road across Pine Creek. Brookview Terrace I borders the Tonto National Forest.
Brookview Terrace 2 is located just north and north and west of Brookview Terrace 1 and was established in 1956 in Pine, Arizona. There are 22 Brookview Terrace 2 homesites that sit on lots which vary in shape and size. There is no home owners association in Brookview Terrace 2. To reach Brookview Terrace two, follow Pine Creek Canyon Drive and turn left on Trails End, Then Right on Spruce. The Brookview Terrace Subdivision sits just below what is now Portal III. There is a variety of cabins and mountain homes in Brookview Terrace 2. Most are heavily treed with tall ponderosa pines, but some also pick up tremendous views of the nearby Mogollon Rim.
