Hunter Creek Ranch’s surrounding forest is also a popular habitat with many of Rim Country’s wild animals, including elk, deer, and wild turkeys. It has a creek near the properties, is close to many rim lakes, and a variety of nearby hiking trails. The Hunter Creek Ranch neighborhood is a gated community with paved roads, underground utilities, and a state certified water supply. Hunter Creek has its own private sewer plant and water treatment facility. Water, sewer fees as well as road maintenance and plowing included in annual HOA fees.
